Are you fed up of some really annoying app on Facebook, that is sending you plethora of unwanted notifications, or posting things on behalf of you? How to get rid of such apps?
Not all apps are annoying, but you may also consider removing apps that you no longer use. But how can you do that?
The “simplest” solution to this is to remove such apps from your Facebook account. Here is how to remove apps from Facebook step-by-step:
- Login to your Facebook account and go to Privacy Settings in the drop-down, just above the logout link.
- Look for “Apps and Websites” and click “Edit Settings” link on the right.
- A small description of your apps with a recently used apps lists will showed up. Click “Remove unwanted or spammy apps” link at the bottom.
- It will show the complete list of all the apps you are using. Select the one you want to remove and click the cross icon (x) at the right side of it. A remove confirm box will appear, just click “Remove” to confirm the removal of that app. Done!
Now, you’ll face no more annoyance and disturbance caused by a pig-headed Facebook app!
