Lenovo has launched 3.7 inch IPS display enabled Android Gingerbread phone few days ago. This phone is only available for china right now but news are warming up that it will soon spread in Europe and US. LePhone S760 is a mid range Gingerbread Android phones what has many distinguishing features. Lenovo LePhone S760is powered by a 1 GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon processor and 512 MB RAM which has enough fire to control all productivity apps and you can also play moderate games. It is equipped with a 5MP camera with auto-focus, LED flash, face and smile detection and Geo Tagging. Lenovo has customized the user interface for a better use experience. The Phone very much represents the looks of Samsung Galaxy Ace or iPhone 3GS. It has some smart curves and slim design which looks very attractive and beautiful.

Lenovo has added a 3.7 inch AMOLED IPS screen display with a great viewing angle and brightness. The screen is the top features of this phone. The colors are crisp and the user interface designed by Lenovo looks quite cool on a bright shiny display. The capacitive touch screen is quite responsive and accurate which partners with the interface style and gives a great experience.

Lephone has a powerful latest generation 1 GHz SnapDragon processor packed with 512MB RAM to have better procession. The Processor is built to handle multi-processing and thus can handle may apps at once. If you are looking for Gaming on this phone, you can run almost all nice games but there are doubts that it can handle serious games like Gameloft’s Asphalt 6, Modern Combat 2 and N.O.V.A 2 HD.

LePhone is built for china TD-SCDMA network and can give data speed up to 12MBps. We are not sure about this, as no detail has been announced for connectivity and battery. We are looking forward to Lenovo for more details about this phone. The phone will be enabled with other connectivity features like Bluetooth, Wi-Fi and A-GPS.

Lenovo LePhone S760: Pros and Cons

Pros: LePhone is equipped with a decent 3.7 inch AMOLED display. This is the best feature out with this phone rest all is decent with this phone. You will get a budget Android device that has 1Ghz Single Core Snapdragon processor and 512 RAM also you get an 8GB storage. Beside this you will get a nice 5MP camera with flash and front VGA camera for video calling.

Cons: LePhone has a Single Core processor, almost all Android phone that are launching now are equipped with dual core processor. Also, you will not get the recent Android 4.0 IceCream Sandwich. Also, leaks tell that Lenovo modded Android Gingerbread do not support Google apps and Android market. Well, this is a big flaw out here. We have also got some updates that the virtual keypad designed by Lenovo is a bit crippled and do not performs well.
