After requesting a service change at BSNL Udaan, for example, changing Broadband plan online, you receive a Lead ID that can be used to track your request status and you may quote this ID in all future correspondence with BSNL regarding the request.

Track BSNL Lead Status online
In order to check your lead status online, just go to this link and enter the details there. Remember that you have to provide the same details that you’ve provided while requesting service change.
Click Submit and you’ll be able to see your Lead status.
Check BSNL Lead Status via SMS
To get the status of your Lead delivered to your mobile via SMS, just send an SMS from your mobile as explained below. Note that you’ve to type your lead ID in place of <Lead ID> while sending the SMS.
- BSNL mobile users should send STATUS <Lead ID> to 54141
- Users with other network providers including AirTel, Idea, Vodafone, Tata DOCOMO etc., should send STATUS <Lead ID> to 9400054141
