Stop Pinterest Pinning of images from your site
If you want to restrict others from pinning the images from your site on Pinterest, here’s a simple thing you should do. Just copy the following meta tag and put it below the <head>
section of your website and save changes:

What this code will do? While adding a pin straight from your website using the Pinterest button on your site or the Pinterest bookmarklet, it will tell Pinterest to block the pin as the webpage doesn’t allow to do that. After Pinterest receive such response from your website, it will show an alert box containing a message:
This site doesn’t allow pinning to Pinterest. Please contact the owner with any questions. Thanks for visiting!
